Group sessions
If you have a small group of friends looking to train together, one of our personal trainers can come to you and provide an awesome group workout!
Group sessions make working out fun and bring a social aspect to fitness. Our group sessions range from 3-10 people, and the more people attend, the cheaper it is!
How it works:
-
Complete the contact form at the bottom of this page. Group sessions must have a minimum of 3 people attending, and up to a maximum of 8 total.
-
Nathan will pair you with a suitable personal trainer who can travel to your home or neaby park.
-
Each person attending the group session must complete the medical waiver and sign up form
(reminder: there's no lock-in contracts).
-
A personal trainer will contact you to organise the best days and times for training sessions.
-
You're all ready to go!
Benefits of
group sessions
-
Variety: Group fitness classes often offer a wide range of activities, such as yoga, Pilates, strength training, cardio, and more, which can help keep your workouts interesting and varied.
-
Social support: Group fitness classes can provide a sense of community and social support, which can be especially helpful if you are new to exercise or have struggled with staying consistent in the past.
-
Structured workouts: Many group fitness classes follow a structured workout plan, which can be helpful if you are not sure what exercises to do or how to progress your workouts.
-
Motivation: Group fitness classes can be a good source of motivation, as the instructor and other participants can help encourage and push you to work harder.
-
Expert guidance: Group fitness classes are led by a trained personal trainer who can provide guidance and modifications for different fitness levels and can help ensure that you are performing exercises safely and effectively.
-
Fun with friends: Bringing your friends and all training together can make each workout fun and challenging! Having a group of friends working on their fitness journey can keep you accountable.
Why choose group sessions over 1 on 1 and couples sessions?
There are a few reasons group sessions may be better for you than 1 on 1 or couples sessions. These can include:

-
If you enjoy the energy and motivation of a group: Some people find it more enjoyable and motivating to exercise in a group setting, rather than training on their own or with one other person.
-
If you're having trouble sticking to a fitness routine: Attending group sessions can take all the hard work out of motivating yourself to train or to think about what exercise you will do. A group session makes it fun and easy to show up and have an awesome session.
-
If you prefer a social aspect to your workouts: Some people enjoy the social aspect of group training and appreciate the opportunity to meet and interact with others who have similar fitness goals.

Group sessions can work for a lot of people, but sometimes 1 on 1 sessions or couples sessions may be better suited for you depending on your goals. Visit our 1 on 1 and couples sessions pages for more information.
